Shipping policy

We deliver The Date Night Journal via trusted couriers to ensure it reaches you efficiently and without you having to wonder if it has been lost in the post.

Once you have paid for your order, it will be dispatched within one business day. We will let you know as soon as your package has been handed over to our couriers and we will provide you with a tracking number and URL so that you can always keep an eye on your package. 

Once your package has been handed over to your courier you should receive it anywhere between one (1) to seven (7) business days. This all depends on where we are sending the package.

Deliveries outside South Africa

If you live outside of South Africa, we encourage you to order The Date Night Journal on Amazon. However, if there are exceptional circumstances and you are unable to order on Amazon and wish to order directly from us, please send an email.

Restrictions

We dispatch your order from Johannesburg North.

Please note that delivery times vary (if you are looking for an expedited order, kindly order via Takealot or Amazon). If you choose to order from our website, please note that we require some time to process your order before handing it over to the courier. 

If you are based around Johannesburg North, you're welcome to come collect your order from the Douglasdale Shopping Centre.
